Shipping policy

Shipment Orders: Items will usually ship within 24 hours after payment has cleared. No shipments are made during weekend or holiday hours. If orders are placed after 1:00pm PST, they will be processed the following business day. 

Will-Call Orders: Please call or wait for update that order is ready for pickup before arriving for will-call orders. Make sure you are aware of lead times for custom orders or production items like frames or custom doors.

Operating Hours for Will-Call: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 3:30pm. Closed Weekends & Holidays. Closed for National Holidays. Please call if unsure of specific holiday (714) 430-8476. Will-call is only available at our warehouse located at 5360 E. Hunter Ave., Anaheim CA 92807.
